Michael Samuel Rutherford UK UFO Encounters.
This particular experience occurred about nine years ago. I had just left my girlfriend's around 8.30pm.
I turned around a corner and saw a cigar shaped UFO, which was hovering above a group of trees in Parslows Park in Dagenham, Essex, UK.
I approached the trees in order to get a closer look at the UFO. Upon
nearing the site, I suddenly became very disorientated. I then realized I
was walking in the opposite direction of the trees, feeling somewhat dizzy
and confused. I eventually arrived at my house around 9.15pm. The trip
from my girlfriend's house to my house usually took about 15 minutes, but
this night it had taken me 45 minutes. When I arrived home, my mum was at
the doorstep asking me where had I been. I was most puzzled by the time I
had arrived home. In the months that followed, I had some very bad nose
bleeds and vivid nightmares about strange beings examining me. The beings
were always in shadows and I could only see the shapes of their heads, but
without features. I can remember how I felt that night it was a feeling as
if something had happened that I could not remember no mater how hard I
tried it was then that i decided to research the ufo phenomena i went to
a lot of ufo meeting got to meet other people too who have gone through
this type of thing I also see a lot of shadow people as I call them who
simply move very fast very quick I have other ufo sightings both in my
area and while out and about. It was following these incidents that I
started to seek help. I had previously heard about Roy Hale who has
helped me so much also other friends i now have regarding my ufo
experiences.
My Light Experience
It was on the July 20th 2004 that I had an experience which involved
seeing (what I now believe) was a "light being."
I had gone to bed and my wife was sleeping on my right side. I fell
asleep. I was suddenly awoken by a very strong presence in my bedroom. I
looked and to my left appeared this " being" which was glowing a "gold
yellow" colour. I tried to wake up my wife, but I could not arouse her. I
shook her, but she still would not wake up. By this time I was very
scared, I could feel my adrenaline was rushing. The light being figure
started to walk towards me or drift towards me - I can't remember how it
moved, but it did. As it came towards me, I As I did this " the being"
came closer. I then blacked out and I didn't remember anything else until
the next morning. I wasn't aware of any "time anomaly. But there could
have been one. Now it doesn't scare me so much because I know I would like

cope and to be at peace with these experiences, as hard as it is, I know
from my own experiences how hard it can be.
